- ¾oz sweet vermouth (Vya)
- ½oz Sfumato rabarbaro
- 1¾oz whiskey (Four Finger Wheat)
- dash angostura bitters Stir and serve up.
Sweet, rich, whiskey flavour perceptible. Could use something. Orange bitters? Mint? Braulio? Bourbon barrel bitters might work nicely - the spices could go well with the smoke.
Rabarbaro is a bit too dominant.
