- 3-4 strawberries, muddled
- 1 strawberry for garnish
- ⅜oz maraschino liqueur
- ⅜oz crème de Violette
- ½oz lemon juice
- 2oz gin
Shake and strain into a largish coupe or Martini glass.
Really just an Aviation with strawberry juice. Works well.
Blended variant
Blend all ingredients in a standing blender with 3 ice cubes. Serve in a chilled Collins glass, garnished with the reserved strawberry.
