Corn’n’Corn cocktail §

• ⅓oz lime juice
• 3 dashes angostura bitters
• ½oz velvet falernum
• 1oz Nixta corn liqueur
• 1¼oz dark rum

Shake and serve up.

Riff on Corn’n’Oil with Nixta.

Strong corn flavour. Good showcase for Nixta, but maybe too much? Try dialing it back. Also try bourbon instead of rum.
