Nose: white tea Taste: Peach, white tea

Delicate but not watery, good balance. “Tea like brew”

2: okay+

As 1 but sweet forward brew. TBT 3:55 (?!)

Tea notes but loses the peach fruit

3: good-

As 1 but 208°F and 95 clicks. 20 d.a.r. TBT 3:05

Quite similar to 1. Bit less fruit but still present. Brings out a faint minty/herbal note like the eucalyptus on the box

Next: this but keep 90 clicks, 1 but longer ratio

4: okay+

As 1 but 1:19 (13g). 21 d.a.r. Clogged! TBT 4:30 maybe accidentally ground at 85?

Fruit, less tea. Faintly bitter, not unpleasantly.

Retry: 22 d.a.r., clogged again, wtf? TBT 4:10. This time a green pepper vegetal note was prominent

5: undecided

As 1 but 100 clicks, 22 d.a.r. TBT 3:20

Eucalyptus! More than tea or fruit. Acid too. Underextracted?

6: okay

As 1 but 100 clicks, 1:19. Clogged again! TBT 4:00 before I gave up and cut it short

It’s okay. Bit like 4 but weaker. Go back to 1

7: okay

100 clicks, 1:19, switched to 3 pour (50/50/147) to beat the clog.

Not much flavour.
