Silver Lining cocktail

  • 1oz St Germain elderflower liqueur
  • ¾oz Malört
  • 1oz gin (Boodles)
  • ¼oz triple sec (Pierre Ferrand)
  • Small pinch of salt

Stir and serve over large ice with a cherry.

Very drinkable for the quantity of Malört. Bittersweet and floral.

Don’t skip the salt!


Substitute out ¼oz of the St Germain for aged Rhum Agricole.

Slightly more bitter, more complex finish.
