Silver Lining cocktail
- 1oz St Germain elderflower liqueur
- ¾oz Malört
- 1oz gin (Boodles)
- ¼oz triple sec (Pierre Ferrand)
- Small pinch of salt
Stir and serve over large ice with a cherry.
Very drinkable for the quantity of Malört. Bittersweet and floral.
Don’t skip the salt!
Variant
Substitute out ¼oz of the St Germain for aged Rhum Agricole.
Slightly more bitter, more complex finish.
