Chinolevardier cocktail
- ¼oz crème de cacao
- ⅓oz Gran Clasico, or other red aperitivo
- ¾oz Chinola passion fruit liqueur
- 1⅔oz bourbon
- club soda
Stir alcoholic ingredients and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with club soda.
Sweet, refreshing, balanced. Maybe try with lime, or a citrus garnish?
