- ¾oz lemon juice
- ¼oz rich simple syrup
- ¼oz olive oil
- 2oz gin
Shake very well to break up the oil droplets. Not sure whether it’s possible to emulsify it, first attempt made a film on top, but the flavour was still dispersed throughout the drink.
Interestingly rich and slightly savoury. Still close to the basic sour, not a big deviation.
