- ½oz Benedictine
- ¼oz crème de violette
- 1¼oz gin (Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin)
Build over a large ice cube and stir.
Rich and bittersweet, a dessert cocktail. Brings out the bitterness and complexity of the gin, maybe good with a floral gin?
