Strawberry Sazerac cocktail §

• ½oz strawberry syrup
• ½oz Gentian Amaro
• 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
• 2oz bourbon

Chill a cocktail glass and rinse with absinthe. Stir ingredients and strain into glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, expressed.
