The Getaway cocktail §

Via a comment on Serious Eats

aka the Black Strap Daiquiri.

This is one of the most well balanced drinks I think I’ve ever had, and one of the most delicious, too.

Very nice (if a little tart) with raspberry syrup.

THE GETAWAY §

• 1 oz Cruzan Blackstrap rum
• .5 oz Cynar
• 1 oz lemon juice
• .5 oz simple syrup
