Based on Apricot Gin cocktail.

  • 1½oz gin
  • ¾oz lemon juice
  • ⅜oz Italicus
  • ⅜oz apricot liqueur

Shake and serve up, garnished with a drizzle of olive oil.

Particularly good with Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin - the tea notes and the Bergamot from the Italicus make it delicate and complex. (With a plainer gin, it’s still good, but the apricot is dominant.)
