Clementine cocktail §

2oz bourbon
Juice of half a clementine (ideal: 1oz)
Orgeat in equal measure to the juice
3 dashes Angostura bitters

Bitters bring out the clementine flavour.
Tried topping off with club soda, but makes the drink a bit flat in the middle.
Could use some sour
