- On its own, v nice but unremarkable - like regular Elijah Craig but deeper. Smooth, vanilla. Some dark, rich, “tobacco”/dark chocolate notes?
- Makes a fantastic Manhattan with Vya vermouth. Brings out the “tobacco” notes, almost umami

- smooth and sweet yet complex. Smells like rum or brandy.

- four grain
- startling, almost sour “pineapple” taste. Very complex. Sweetness emerges after rolling around tongue. Very interesting.
