Nose: chocolate Taste: something bittersweet, ginger? Hint of apple like acidity. Tastes decent but a bit muddy. Opened up as it cooled, orange or lemon, upgraded to okay+. Lukewarm shaded toward lemongrass or maybe dishwasher 🤔

Stalled on last pour so cut the brew early at 3:00. Despite that, sweet and layered.
