Serves 8, scale as needed.

  • 2 cups (16oz) gin
  • ¾cup (6oz) yuzu syrup (Stonemill Matcha)
  • 1oz simple syrup
  • 20 sleeves (1oz) Shiso Bitters
  • 1oz water (if serving in chilled glasses; skip if serving over ice)
  • pinch salt

Add all ingredients to a large (32oz) jar and shake briefly to combine. Refrigerate until needed.

Serve in chilled glasses if possible, otherwise on the rocks.
