Serves 8, scale as needed.
- 2 cups (16oz) gin
- ¾cup (6oz) yuzu syrup (Stonemill Matcha)
- 1oz simple syrup
- 20 sleeves (1oz) Shiso Bitters
- 1oz water (if serving in chilled glasses; skip if serving over ice)
- pinch salt
Add all ingredients to a large (32oz) jar and shake briefly to combine. Refrigerate until needed.
Serve in chilled glasses if possible, otherwise on the rocks.
