Strawberroni cocktail
- 2 large strawberries
- 1oz Aperol
- 1oz sweet vermouth
- 1oz gin
Add Aperol and strawberries to a mixing glass and muddle until strawberries are pulped. Strain into another mixing glass, discarding the pulp, and stir with the other ingredients. Strain into an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube or ball, and garnish with more strawberries.
