• 1½oz gin
  • ½oz centerbe
  • ¼oz crème de menthe (Tempus Fugit)
  • ¼oz maraschino liqueur

Stir and serve up in a very cold glass.

Based on the Coldfoot (which is based on the Alaska).

Like a concentrated Last Word. Herbal and minty with an almond kick and sweetness from the maraschino. Smooth and complex but more of a dessert drink than an aperitif. (Maybe good with Old Tom gin?)

Martini variant

  • 1½oz gin (St George Terroir)
  • ½oz centerbe
  • ½oz dry vermouth (Dolin)
  • ⅓oz maraschino liqueur
  • Pinch of salt

Maybe better? Dry, complex, like a herbal martini.
