Flying Strawberry (failed experiment) §

• 2oz strawberry brandy
• 0.75oz lemon juice
• 0.25oz crème de violette
• 0.25oz maraschino
• 1 egg white

Shake, serve up, sprinkle lavender on surface

Failed experiment. Aviation variant with s/gin/strawberry brandy/.

Drinkable, but unremarkable. Brandy ruins the blue colour. Egg white diminishes the refreshing airiness, makes it a bit like strawberry ice cream. Violette drowned out (by the brandy?).
