A Depth Charge with mezcal instead of gin.
- 1½ oz mezcal joven (Akul Cirial or another fruity one)
- 1½oz Kina L’Aéro d’Or
- 1 sleeve absinthe
Stir and serve in a chilled coupe
Really good, highlights the mezcal.
Even better with ½oz of dry vermouth subbed in for some of the kina
