Break the Spell
- 1oz Guyana rum (El Dorado 8yr)
- 1oz sweet vermouth (Vya)
- ¾oz Cynar
- ¼oz coffee liqueur (St George)
Build in a rocks glass with large ice cube, or stir and serve up.
Boulevardier riff. Like a boozy dessert. Ingredients blend together rather than playing distinct notes. Coffee comes in at the finish to round out the bitter notes.
