Serves 4 - scale up or down as needed
- 8oz rye whiskey
- ⅔oz rich simple syrup (2:1)
- 6 dashes Angostura bitters
- 4 dashes Fee Bros Barrel Aged bitters
- 1oz water (assuming 90 proof whiskey, otherwise adjust so total alcohol content is 37%)
Pour all ingredients into a jar and swirl to combine. Refrigerate until needed. Serve over large ice with a cherry or lemon twist.
