Mocha Old Fashioned cocktail

  • 2oz rye whiskey
  • ⅛oz (barspoon) coffee liqueur (St George)
  • ⅜oz crème de cacao
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters

Stir and serve over a large ice cube.

Maybe wants orange bitters?

Variant 1 - infused

  • ½oz crème de cacao
  • 1¾oz Mocha Bourbon
  • ¼oz Jamaican rum
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters
  • 2 dashes other bitters

Variant 2 - amaro

As above (tested with variant 1, variant 0 should work too) but swap the crème de cacao for equal parts rich simple syrup and Braulio amaro.
