Lazerac cocktail

• ½oz Nardini Amaro
• 2oz rye whiskey (Rittenhouse)
• 1/16oz absinthe or rinse
• 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Stir and serve in a chilled rocks glass (no ice).

Based on a Satchmo but switching the triple sec for Nardini works wonderfully.
