- ½oz Nardini Amaro
- 2oz rye whiskey (Rittenhouse)
- 1/16oz absinthe or rinse
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Stir and serve in a chilled rocks glass (no ice).
Based on a Satchmo but switching the triple sec for Nardini works wonderfully.
