Dill Martini cocktail
- 2oz dill-infused vodka
- ½oz dry vermouth (Dolin)
- ⅛oz lime juice (squeeze a wedge)
- pinch of salt
- two drops absinthe
- two dashes celery bitters
Stir very cold and serve in a chilled Nick & Nora glass with a lime wheel.
Variant
Replace half of the infused vodka with gin.
