Dill Martini cocktail

  • 2oz dill-infused vodka
  • ½oz dry vermouth (Dolin)
  • ⅛oz lime juice (squeeze a wedge)
  • pinch of salt
  • two drops absinthe
  • two dashes celery bitters

Stir very cold and serve in a chilled Nick & Nora glass with a lime wheel.

Variant

Replace half of the infused vodka with gin.
