Sloe Zone cocktail
- 1oz dark rum (Kaniche, Barrilito)
- 1oz St Agrestis Inferno Bitter (or Campari)
- 1oz sloe gin
Stir, strain and serve in a chilled coupe glass.
Surprisingly fruity, the bitter doesn’t just dominate.
Fresher variant
Gold rum (Don Q) instead of dark; build over a large ice cube.
Coffee variant
Add ¼oz coffee liqueur (St George)
