- 1oz St George coffee liqueur
- ½oz nocino
- 1oz Old Tom gin
- 1 egg white
Shake well including a dry shake. Strain into a very chilled double old-fashioned glass and top with seltzer water. (Use a fair amount of seltzer, e.g. an equivalent volume again - it balances the drink and froths the foam.)
Try using mezcal instead of the gin?
