Passionfruit Mai Tai cocktail

Can freestyle substitute some of the following…

  • ¾oz lime juice
  • ¼oz rich simple syrup
  • ¼oz orgeat
  • ⅛oz triple sec
  • ⅜oz passionfruit liqueur (Chinola) or syrup
  • ¼oz Campari
  • ¼oz coffee liqueur
  • ½oz Jamaican rum
  • 1oz white rum

Shake and serve over large ice.

Nicely tart, juicy and complex. Passionfruit shines through despite the small quantity. Coffee and Campari add depth but could be skippable.
