Passionfruit Mai Tai cocktail
Can freestyle substitute some of the following…
- ¾oz lime juice
- ¼oz rich simple syrup
- ¼oz orgeat
- ⅛oz triple sec
- ⅜oz passionfruit liqueur (Chinola) or syrup
- ¼oz Campari
- ¼oz coffee liqueur
- ½oz Jamaican rum
- 1oz white rum
Shake and serve over large ice.
Nicely tart, juicy and complex. Passionfruit shines through despite the small quantity. Coffee and Campari add depth but could be skippable.
