Jamaica Iced Tea cocktail §

1oz Jamaican (dark) rum

1/8oz Unicum

3/4oz yellow chartreuse

1/2oz elderflower liqueur

3/4 - 1 oz lemon

TODO try bitters instead of the Unicum

Last Word variant but doesn’t taste like it.  Really interesting floral/herbal mix - almost like a sweet iced tea.

Try to err on the side of more lemon, or it can end up too sweet. Lime works too but lemon is better.

Demerara rum works well too (e.g. El Dorado 8 year)
