Dorothy Fizz §

• 1oz grapefruit
• 1/4 oz yellow chartreuse
• 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
• 2oz bourbon
• 1 egg white

Shake, strain into a chilled old fashioned glass, top with club soda
3 dashes bitters on top

Smooth and refreshing but interesting
Not too sweet, but maybe up the grapefruit a little?
