Dandelion Rye cocktail
- 2oz rye whiskey (Bulleit)
- ⅓oz rich simple syrup (2:1)
- ¼oz amaro (St Agrestis, Fernet Leopold)
- ⅛oz maraschino liqueur
- (optional) dash of absinthe
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe, garnished with a lime twist or cherry.
