Coffee-infused Campari

Attempt 1

I got impatient and did a 1 hour steep, semi-fine (pourover) grind, fruity light roast (not ideal for this but it’s what I had). About 1:8 (did half the liquid volume as I’d do for actual coffee). Lost almost half the liquid to absorption even after squeezing :-\

It makes a very agreeable Flâneur. Coffee flavour quite pronounced even with only an hour steeping.
