- 1oz lime
- ¾oz rich simple syrup (2:1 brown)
- 6ish medium strawberries (reserve one)
- ½oz crème de violette
- 1oz white rum
- 1oz aged rum (Rhum Barbancourt 8 years)
Blend in a standing blender all ingredients with 3 ice cubes. Serve in a chilled Collins glass, garnished with the reserved strawberry.
