- ¾oz Chareau aloe liqueur
- ¾oz Alta Verde amaro
- 1½oz dry gin
Stir and serve up.
Unusual, complex, bracing. Bitter finish but not overwhelming. Turns an attractive milky hue when stirred.
Missing something - try orange bitters, dash of maraschino, lemon twist?
Rose variant
- ½oz Chareau
- ½oz Alta Verde
- ¼oz Italicus
- 1½oz dry gin
Italicus adds some floral brightness and sweetness. Might still like orange bitters?
Maybe try upping the Italicus?
