- 1½oz Mocha Bourbon
- ¾oz sweet vermouth
- ¾oz Campari or other red aperitivo
- ⅛oz Smith & Cross Jamaican rum
- 1 dash orange bitters
Stir and serve over large ice with a cherry.
- 1½oz Mocha Rye
- ½oz sweet vermouth
- ½oz triple sec
- ¼oz Amaretto
- ¼oz Campari
The triple sec and amaretto go together surprisingly well and complement the chocolatey notes in the mocha whiskey. Campari provides some tang and vermouth balances out the booze-heaviness.
