Lyre's Old Fashioned mocktail

• ¼oz rich simple syrup
• 3 sleeves blueberry cardamom bitters
• 2oz Lyre’s non-alcoholic gin

(Note: not completely alcohol-free due to the bitters.)

Stir and serve over a large rock.
